009 - Your Results Are a Reflection of Your Identity

🎙️ EPISODE 009: Your Results Are a Reflection of Your Identity

The Truth About Results and Self-Image

Let’s stop pretending you don’t know what’s going on.

You’re brilliant. Capable. A powerhouse on paper. Everyone else thinks you’ve got it together - hell, they probably look up to you.

But when you’re alone you’re asking yourself questions you’re too ashamed to say out loud:

“Why do I always plateau right here?”
“Why can’t I hold the success I create?”
“Why do I keep burning down what I say I want?”

And here’s the one you really avoid - “What if I’ve built my whole life from a version of me that was never real?”

Let me tell you the truth that no strategy will touch:

Every single result in your life…is a mirror. An echo of your identity. Not the curated version. Not the vision board version. The deeply embedded, cellular-level self-image that runs the show when you’re not paying attention.

That version? She decides everything.

She decides what and who you tolerate. She decides how visible you allow yourself to be. She decides how much money feels “safe” to receive. She decides what level of love you think you’re allowed to have.

And she doesn’t respond to desire. She responds to familiarity.

So if your subconscious is wired for survival, scarcity, struggle, or staying small - it does not matter how smart you are. It does not matter how hard you work. It does not matter how many programs you take or journals you fill.

You will sabotage anything that threatens the identity your nervous system is married to.

Let me say that again: you will sabotage anything that threatens the identity your nervous system is married to.

You’ll fumble the ball. You’ll procrastinate. You’ll “wait for clarity.” You’ll ghost your next level while calling it “alignment.” And you’ll tell yourself it’s a fluke, or the market, or the algorithm. But deep down, if you're honest, you know the truth: your outer world is just a mirror of your inner programming.

You don’t have a visibility problem. You have a self-perception problem.

You’re not blocked. You’re bound to a version of you that doesn’t exist anymore. And the longer you keep performing her, the longer you delay the woman you actually came here to be.

That’s what identity work is. It’s not cosmetic. It’s foundational.

Because the results you say you want? They require a version of you who believes she can hold them. Who feels safe inside them. Who doesn’t abandon herself at the door of expansion.

And the second you decide to stop being loyal to your past, everything recalibrates.

That’s what we’re here for. This isn’t self-help. This is self-return. And it’s soooo freaking good.

Why You Can’t Outperform Identity

Let’s get something straight: you can’t outwork your way past a version of yourself you’re still loyal to. You can’t affirm, vision board, journal, or even heal your way into expansion. If the identity running underneath it all still screams, “stay safe. Stay small. Stay predictable.”

I don’t care how many certifications you have. How many cold plunges you take. How many times you repeat, “I am enough.”

Because if the woman underneath it all still believes she’s only valuable when she’s producing. If she still believes that being powerful means being palatable - then every move forward will come with a hidden leash pulling her back.

That leash? It’s your self-image.

And here’s the brutal, beautiful truth: you will always act in accordance with who you believe yourself to be.

Not who you say you are. Not who you want to be. Who you actually believe you are.

If you believe you’re a perfectionist? You’ll micromanage your own creativity into paralysis. You’ll overdeliver, then resent everyone who receives from you.

If you believe you're only magnetic when you're curated and calm? You’ll sanitize your truth until no one can feel you anymore.

If you believe you’re a powerhouse only when you’re approved of, then you’re not leading - you’re performing. Every offer you launch will be a plea for praise. Every post will be a negotiation with your fear of rejection.

And if deep down…you still don’t believe you’re the kind of woman who gets to hold big results? You’ll delay the email. You’ll miss the deadline. You’ll say things like, “maybe I need to process more,” When what you really mean is: “I’m still performing a version of me that’s no longer true, but I don’t know who I am without her yet.”

That’s the identity loop. That’s the trauma-scripted self-image that keeps high-performing women stuck in low-frequency cycles.

And here’s the catch: you can’t just “upgrade” her. You can’t give the mask a better job title and call it alignment. You have to burn it.

The woman you’re becoming? She doesn’t fit inside the structure you built from survival.

So stop tweaking the system that was designed to keep you palatable. Stop trying to grow inside the image that was built to keep you safe, not sovereign.

Burn the mask. Let the old performance version of you die with grace. She got you here. But she can’t take you there.

Because until you become the woman who can hold the vision you’ve been asking for - who can embody it without collapsing, without editing, without apologizing - you’ll always find a way to drop it.

Not because you’re broken. But because your identity won’t allow you to hold something it doesn't recognize as home.

This is the moment to decide: are you more committed to being consistent with your past? Or congruent with your future?

Because only one of those identities gets to lead. And you have to choose or it will choose you.

Subconscious Programming and Repetition

Here’s the truth no one talks about enough: you are not stuck because you’re lazy. You are not stuck because you’re unclear. You are stuck because your subconscious has been rehearsing a version of you on loop…and now it runs automatically.

Let me say that again - it runs automatically.

The beliefs you hold, the fears you respond to, the way you avoid being seen when it matters most…none of that is random. It’s not a flaw in your character. It’s rehearsed behavior from subconscious programming that was never yours to begin with.

Your identity was downloaded from trauma, yes. From culture. From conditioning. From the nervous system of the women who raised you. From the men who projected onto you. From a world that told you your power was dangerous unless it was diluted.

And because repetition is how the subconscious learns…you’ve unconsciously repeated identities that kept you safe, palatable, and predictable.

Over time, that performance became comfortable. Familiar. Even if it was suffocating. This is why we can stay in toxic relationships for way too long. We are creatures of habit until we decide to choose something different for ourselves by being intentional

Because the subconscious isn’t wired for expansion. It’s wired for familiarity. It will always choose the pain it knows over the pleasure it can’t predict. Always, always, always. Until you’ve had enough and you say, “fuck this - I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired,” and you consciously shift into your next timeline.

So if you’ve been wondering:

  • “Why do I self-sabotage when things are good?”

  • “Why do I downplay my power right before I hit a new level?”

  • “Why do I ghost the very things I say I want?”

It’s because your subconscious doesn’t yet recognize success as safe.

And here’s the kicker: until your identity is reprogrammed, you will keep finding a way back to the old vibration, no matter how many wins you stack. Because the subconscious doesn’t follow strategy. It follows certainty.

And if certainty lives in your scarcity? In your people-pleasing? In your need to earn rest, prove value, and over-give to be enough?

Then that’s what you’ll return to. Like muscle memory. Like clockwork.

So no, your plateau isn’t proof you’re not meant for more. It’s proof you’re living from an identity that was coded before you had a say.

And now?

Now you get to choose. Not from willpower. Not from force. But from repetition.

This is the unsexy magic of identity recalibration: you rewire through daily intentional, embodied repetition. Not through emotional highs. Not through “aha” moments. Through practice. Through rehearsal. Through remembrance.

This is where the work begins to stick.

Let’s move into how we begin to rewrite that programming using the most powerful tool you’ve been neglecting: your imagination.

The Role of Imagination in Identity Upgrades

Imagination is not a luxury. It’s not something reserved for artists and dreamers. It’s not a “nice-to-have” when you’ve got time.

Imagination is the coding system of your identity.

And most women are using it to rehearse fear. Let’s be real: you imagine being judged before you post. You imagine failing before you launch. You imagine being abandoned before you receive love. You imagine worst-case scenarios so vividly you feel them in your body.

You don’t call it imagination though. You call it “being prepared.” You call it “being realistic.” You call it “staying safe.”

But the truth is - you’ve been using the most powerful tool in the universe to reinforce the very identity you’re trying to outgrow.

Let that land.

Your imagination was never designed to be hijacked by your fear. It was meant to lead your future.

Because here’s what no one teaches you: the subconscious doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s vividly imagined with emotion.

So if you want to become a woman who’s unfuckwithable, a woman who holds her power without collapsing, a woman who leads without needing permission - you have to imagine her first.

You have to feel her in your body. Speak her into existence. Practice her presence in stillness. Move as her before the external evidence shows up.

Not to fake it. But to install it.

This isn’t delusion. It’s design.

You are designing the frequency of your future through the images you allow to run on repeat in your mind.

So if you keep picturing failure, if you keep imagining being too much, not enough, rejected, abandoned - your nervous system will take that as instruction.

And every choice you make from there will be filtered through a lens of contraction.

But if you start practicing her - the her who walks into rooms and is the signal. The her who receives with ease. The her who doesn’t shrink, doesn’t chase, doesn’t explain, well then now your body learns something different.

Now your subconscious begins to reorganize.

This is how you quantum recalibrate - not by chasing more to become her, but by becoming her before the results land.

Because the results are not the prize. They’re the mirror of who you’ve already become internally.

And that version of you? She’s waiting for you to stop using your imagination to predict disaster, and start using it to remember who the hell you are.

Let’s move into the rituals that will lock this into your system daily - so it doesn’t just become something you know, but something you live.

Practical Daily Reprogramming Ritual

Here’s how you start. I’m going to give you something I give to my private clients:

🌀 The Mirror Ritual: calm yourself down by breathing in for 4, hold for 4 and then release for 6. I want you to look into your own eyes and get grounded. Say out loud the identity you’re stepping into. Not the goals. You’re focusing on only the self. “I am the woman who leads. Who holds. Who commands.” Repeat it 3 more times. Feel it. Embody it. This is who you are. Alignment means getting into the energy that the version of you who doesn’t abandon herself holds. Then, we clear away what isn’t aligned with that energy. We start with beliefs, then thoughts, then feelings, then actions. Tell yourself who you are with power. And if you don’t have that belief about yourself yet, do it anyway. Borrow my belief in you.

This isn’t about mindset. This is about embodiment.

You’re not here to become her someday. You’re here to become unavailable for anything less today.

The results you’re chasing are already yours. They’re just waiting on the woman who can receive them.

Next Steps:

Your results don’t lie. But they do repeat.

And if you’re ready to stop rearranging patterns and start replacing the program - then this work is where it begins.

Results aren’t built. They’re allowed, by the woman who believes she can hold them.
